Job Description:
Clean Harbors is looking for an experienced and certified Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and champion Agile practices across the organization. The role includes facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous delivery improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach Agile teams on principles, values, and ceremonies

• Facilitate Sprint 0, planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and sprint planning

• Mentor team members in servant-leadership and Agile delivery

• Analyze sprint metrics (velocity, lead time, predictability)

• Maintain and optimize Agile tools such as Jira and Aha

• Remove blockers and escalate when necessary

• Promote transparency, accountability, and collaboration across teams

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)

• Minimum 5 years as Scrum Master, 10+ years in SDLC roles

• Strong conflict resolution, analytical, and mentoring skills

• Proficiency with Scrum/Kanban frameworks and tools

• Experience with distributed teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent
