Job Overview:

Accenture is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Scrum Master with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience in Qlik Sense. The ideal candidate will lead and support software development teams by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing roadblocks, and promoting continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as an Agile coach and mentor for Scrum Teams

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews

• Enable team collaboration and ensure timely delivery of project goals

• Track progress using Agile metrics and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

• Manage communication between development teams and stakeholders

• Apply best practices for Agile methodologies across multiple teams

• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and a focus on high performance

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Qlik Sense

  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks

  • Experience in data visualization tools

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of QlikView, data integration tools

  • Experience with Kanban and business analysis

  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: 15 years of full-time education

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

• PG: Any Postgraduate
