Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and project governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum ceremonies using Jira, Confluence, and other tools.

• Collaborate with Product Owner to manage backlog and sprint planning.

• Track deliverables and define governance plans.

• Provide project metrics and status updates to stakeholders.

• Mentor Agile teams and facilitate Agile maturity.

• Manage retrospectives, documenting key action items.
