Job Description:
CGI is looking for a motivated and experienced Scrum Master Consultant to drive Agile practices across product development teams. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams, and ensure adherence to Agile values.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach and guide development teams on Agile principles.
Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization.
Remove impediments and resolve team conflicts.
Promote continuous improvement culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
8–10 years of IT/product development experience, including 3+ years as Scrum Master.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
Excellent facilitation, leadership, and communication skills.
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe-SM) preferred.
