About the Role:
As a Scrum Master (Consultant) in Deloitte’s AI & Engineering division, you will facilitate Agile delivery processes, coach cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement. You will help ensure collaboration across engineering teams and contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions in a scaled Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Guide teams on Agile/Scrum principles and Lean delivery practices.

• Remove impediments and ensure alignment with sprint goals.

• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.

• Foster self-organization and collaboration across PODs.

• Maintain transparency using Agile metrics, dashboards, and reports.

• Track and measure progress against KPIs and flow metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.

• Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe).

• Proficiency with Agile project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally).

• Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and release management strategies.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to coach teams and lead Agile training sessions.

Education:
BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS) or equivalent degree.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.

• Awareness of emerging industry trends and deployment methodologies.
