Experience Required: 12+ years in Agile project management or Scrum roles, especially with data engineering teams
Education: B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech in Computers

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

• Coach teams on Agile practices and remove project impediments

• Manage complex data engineering programs and cross-functional planning

• Track team metrics and support quarterly/annual forecasting

• Align delivery with business goals and stakeholder expectations

• Lead capacity planning, resourcing, and reporting

Required Skills:

• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks

• Experience in data engineering workflows and cloud migrations

• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills

• Hands-on experience with Agile tools, analytics, and reporting
