About the Role:

Vega is hiring a Scrum Master / Delivery Manager (Consultant) for a part-time remote opportunity. The role requires supporting clients on U.S. East Coast hours and is ideal for a detail-oriented servant leader with strong technical and delivery skills. You will work across several product teams involving CRM, AI, middleware, analytics, and customer-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban) for product teams

• Serve as Program Manager across technical and non-technical workstreams

• Act as Project Manager for initiatives where Agile is not a fit

• Identify, manage, and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies

• Drive Jira project management including reporting and automations

• Enhance team efficiency through structured coaching and facilitation

• Standardize delivery practices while adapting to team needs

• Ensure accountability across internal teams and external vendors

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (both front-end and back-end teams)

• 2+ years of Program Management experience across multiple teams

• Vendor management experience

• Proficient in Jira administration (JQL reporting, automations)

• Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP

• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

Work Arrangement:

• Remote role

• 20 hours/week

• Availability required during U.S. East Coast business hours
