The Digital Excellence Centre at Deloitte India builds platforms and digital assets by integrating cutting-edge technology with design thinking. This multidisciplinary team includes product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, developers, and analysts.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Scrum Master / Executive – Governance to support agile delivery, enhance governance standards, and ensure efficient execution across digital product teams. This role will work closely with Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams to maintain Agile discipline and reporting using Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Governance Support

Ensure alignment of Agile Scrum ceremonies with governance policies
Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team capacity
Facilitate delivery standards across internal product teams

Scrum Master Collaboration

Support Scrum Masters and Product Owners with sprint planning and backlog management
Coordinate dependencies across teams and escalate risks or blockers

Azure DevOps Management

Monitor and maintain work items (stories, bugs, tasks)
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and sprint documentation
Promote effective usage of ADO boards and automation tools

Internal Asset Oversight

Track the lifecycle of internally built platforms/products
Ensure compliance with governance and engineering standards

Process Improvement

Identify gaps and implement improvements in Agile processes
Lead retrospectives focused on governance enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) frameworks
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (boards, queries, dashboards)
Excellent documentation, coordination, and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other Agile tools
Familiarity with enterprise governance models or PMO frameworks
