Job Summary

Dentsu is seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to lead agile initiatives across data, engineering, and customer experience domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of enterprise-level technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive agile delivery for multiple workstreams within the CX/MarTech domain

• Coordinate scope, requirements, and deliverables across clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors

• Lead project planning, forecasting, and risk mitigation for complex implementations

• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent delivery practices

• Collaborate closely with engineering and QA teams to streamline execution

• Provide timely project reports, metrics, and communications to stakeholders

• Manage budgets, change requests, and vendor contracts where applicable
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience in CX or MarTech platforms preferred

• Expertise in Smartsheet, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), and project tracking systems

• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Ability to lead distributed teams and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Proven track record of successful delivery in large enterprise environments
