Job Description:
Filmy Gags Media is hiring experienced Scrum Masters who excel in Agile environments. The role involves managing multiple teams under SAFe, driving Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring project delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Groom product backlogs and ensure sprint readiness.
Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure Agile delivery.
Promote Agile best practices and foster team collaboration.
Coach and mentor Scrum team members on SAFe principles.
