Job Summary

Friends Color Images Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership in Agile methodologies, demonstrate hands-on experience managing Scrum teams, and be able to foster collaboration and delivery excellence across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Identify and remove team impediments.

• Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.

• Monitor team performance and sprint velocity; recommend improvements.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

• Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is preferred.
