Job Summary
HARMAN is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join its automotive technology team in Bengaluru. You’ll be responsible for driving Agile delivery, coaching cross-functional teams, and enabling efficient sprint cycles across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Track team KPIs and resolve impediments quickly
Develop and manage KPI dashboards to monitor sprint performance
Provide Agile coaching and improve adherence to Scrum best practices
Collaborate with product owners and tech leads for smooth release cycles
Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team environment
Requirements
6–9 years of experience in Agile project delivery
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Trello, or other Agile tools
Understanding of SAFe frameworks is a plus
Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and coaching skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automotive, infotainment, or embedded systems
Previous exposure to digital transformation or OEM tech projects
KPI development and Agile performance analytics
Track record of handling multiple concurrent projects
