Job Overview:

HCL Technologies is urgently hiring an experienced Scrum Master to collaborate with US-based clients in a dynamic Agile environment. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, Agile expertise, and strong communication skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies and guide the team in Scrum practices

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure Agile principles are being followed

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Act as a liaison between US-based clients and internal teams

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Agile methodologies

• Proficiency with JIRA for project management

• Experience in client-facing roles

• Exposure to US customers/projects

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
