Job Summary

Cummins Inc. is hiring a Scrum Master II to serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for multiple cross-functional teams. The role focuses on driving Lean-Agile excellence, measurable business outcomes, and continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach multiple Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.

• Assist Product Owners with defining measurable business outcomes.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, PI planning, and release planning.

• Monitor Agile metrics, team performance, and project health.

• Promote collaboration, transparency, and team autonomy.

• Remove impediments and ensure teams adhere to Agile values.

• Document and share team learnings across programs.

• Manage team budgets and support product design and development.

• Foster effective stakeholder relationships in alignment with business goals.

Qualifications
