Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master II to support Agile teams in delivering world-class software solutions. This role focuses on fostering Agile best practices, promoting team efficiency, removing impediments, and building cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings deep Scrum knowledge and a passion for continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Agile development teams through all Scrum ceremonies and practices

  • Drive team self-organization, productivity, and quality improvement

  • Remove blockers and resolve cross-team dependencies

  • Guide Product Owners and stakeholders to align delivery with business goals

  • Encourage adoption of Agile values and DevOps practices

  • Facilitate clear, proactive communication across all stakeholders

  • Foster a collaborative culture focused on problem-solving and team empowerment

  • Promote Agile maturity through knowledge sharing and servant leadership

  • Leverage Agile metrics to inform retrospectives and decision-making

  • Coordinate with other Agile teams to ensure alignment and collaboration


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12–17 years of total IT experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with Agile teams

  • Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SAFe 4.0 or above; 5.0 preferred)

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and manufacturing-related tech processes

  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and facilitation skills

  • Ability to drive Agile transformation and influence teams without formal authority

  • Skilled in Agile work management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)

  • Experience in managing hybrid teams and working in dynamic environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
