Job Description:

Sunbrilo Technologies is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join immediately at its Pune or Mangalore office. This role requires a professional with strong Agile delivery skills, technical team management experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos/reviews, and retrospectives

• Track and communicate team commitments, velocity, and sprint progress

• Collaborate across R&D scrum teams to remove team-level impediments

• Escalate unresolved impediments and act as a change agent for continuous improvement

• Lead quarterly planning sessions and support communication with leadership

• Coach team members in Agile practices and foster self-organization

• Support backlog refinement and ensure clarity and quality of user stories

• Promote Agile engineering practices (CI/CD, TDD, BDD, Automation, etc.)

• Cultivate a data-driven, disciplined Agile culture

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Minimum 7+ years of technical experience

• Minimum 4+ years serving as a Scrum Master for combined QA/Dev teams

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, Lean)

• Certified in at least one of the following:

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

  • Advanced CSM

  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II/III)

  • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)

• Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint (admin skills are a bonus)

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• Proven ability to manage dependencies, capacity planning, and deliver within deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Capacity Planning

• JIRA / Azure DevOps Admin Skills

• CI/CD and Test Automation awareness

• Agile Metrics and Reporting

• Experience in cross-functional Agile environments
