Job Description:

As a Scrum Master, you will act as an enabler for the effective functioning of Agile software development teams. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach team members, and track performance metrics to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile events: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Act as an SME and decision-maker across multiple teams.

• Identify blockers and remove impediments to team progress.

• Track team performance and share insights using Agile metrics.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Engage with stakeholders to align business and technical goals.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

• Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., JIRA).

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience mentoring and coaching Agile teams.

Educational Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time formal education (Bachelor’s degree required).
