Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple Scrum teams, ensuring Agile principles and practices are followed.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

• Collaborate with technical product teams, including offshore resources, in a matrixed environment.

• Apply servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continual improvement techniques.

• Use Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Lucid tools extensively; Power BI knowledge required.

• Engage in requirement analysis and coordination with stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.

• Minimum 6 years of IT development/operations experience, including 5+ years in Agile & DevOps.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Cloud-based or SAP certifications preferred.

• Certified Scrum Master is a plus.
