Role Overview

GoKhana is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to support two large Agile teams across mobile and web product verticals. This role will drive Agile practices, facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality product increments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams developing mobile (Flutter), web (ReactJS), and backend (Node.js) applications

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Coordinate with QA teams using Selenium-based testing

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Developers, and QA engineers

• Maintain sprint metrics: burndown charts, backlogs, development velocity, and sprint progress

• Identify and remove blockers; mitigate risks and dependencies

• Support product roadmapping and release planning

• Promote Agile best practices and foster continuous improvement

• Use Zoho Sprints to manage team progress and productivity

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in Agile environments, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master

• Experience leading multiple teams across web and mobile platforms

• Familiar with Flutter, ReactJS, Node.js, Selenium

• Proficient in Zoho Sprints or similar Agile tools

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Proven experience mapping and managing the full SDLC in SaaS product environments

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) preferred

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps workflows, and release management

• Experience working with remote or distributed teams

• Familiarity with OKRs/KPIs for delivery performance tracking
