Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes

• Guide teams and stakeholders on Scrum principles

• Prioritize and manage user stories and sprints

• Address and resolve team impediments

• Coordinate production bug fixes without disrupting sprints

• Promote transparency and accountability across the team

Required Skills:
