Role Overview:
The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader to the Agile team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring delivery alignment between product and development teams.

Core Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews)

• Track backlog, sprint progress, and burndown metrics

• Collaborate with Product Owner to prioritize deliverables

• Remove blockers and foster team collaboration

• Drive continuous process improvement and Agile adoption

• Lead Kaizen and VSM initiatives

• Ensure process documentation and quality adherence

Required Skills:

• Agile/Scrum knowledge and implementation experience

• Stakeholder management and communication skills

• Testing experience (manual and automation)

• Familiarity with quality management and improvement frameworks

• Experience with VSM and Kaizen
