Job Description:

Kreate Energy is seeking a motivated Scrum Master to support Agile teams and lead key ceremonies. This role is open to female candidates only and ideal for freshers with Agile knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Reviews.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to maintain backlog readiness.

• Resolve blockers and encourage continuous improvement.

• Track and report Agile metrics and ensure delivery alignment with sprint goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Up to 1 year of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator role.

• Solid understanding of Scrum, Agile methodology, and software development life cycle.

• Familiar with tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / IT or Computer Science or related field.
