Job Summary:
Tredence Inc. is hiring a Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile teams, promote Agile best practices, and deliver successful project outcomes in a data-focused environment. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Agile ceremonies, delivery leadership, and client-facing project roles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead 2–3 Scrum/Kanban teams and run Agile ceremonies

• Guide teams through Agile transformation and framework adoption

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders

• Perform Agile maturity assessments and coaching

• Track backlog items and optimize delivery

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• 7–10 years in IT (Developer, Tester, BA, PM roles)

• Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS)

• Mandatory certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe, RTE, etc.

• Experience in analytics or data engineering is preferred

• Proficiency in JIRA, ADO, Confluence, SharePoint
