Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)

• Coach teams on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement

• Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming

• Foster team collaboration and remove impediments

• Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices

• Utilize tools like Kanban and SAFe for better project flow

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency

Eligibility Criteria:

• 6 to 9 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe

• Good communication and stakeholder management

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Must be available for Face-to-Face Interview on 5th August
