Job Description:

Merkle B2B is hiring a Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals. This role focuses on team facilitation, Agile adherence, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide Agile teams and facilitate ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

• Protect teams from interruptions and ensure delivery focus

• Remove impediments and resolve blockers to team progress

• Foster strong collaboration between Product Owners and teams

• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies

• Drive Agile maturity and support organizational change

Education:

• UG: Any Graduate

• PG: Any Postgraduate
