Job Overview
Narayan Solutions (NSP) is hiring a Scrum Master with 3–5 years of experience in a technical background such as software development or QA. The role is based in Bengaluru, where the Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective communication, and enhancing team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Sprint Review, Backlog Refinement, and Daily Stand-ups.
Act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
Promote Agile best practices and ensure team members adhere to Scrum principles.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvement plans to increase productivity.
Maintain JIRA boards, timelines, and reports for team progress tracking.
Ensure clear and continuous communication among developers, testers, stakeholders, and clients.
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in development or QA roles with a transition into Scrum Master responsibilities
Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum framework
Experience using JIRA and other project tracking tools
Excellent understanding of Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming
Effective stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills
Scrum certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Familiarity with Java or technical stacks (advantageous)
