About the Role:

UST is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile teams through project execution, foster team collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of large-scale software development initiatives. This role will be critical in driving Agile maturity across teams and supporting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

  • Guide and coach multiple scrum teams in Agile values and principles.

  • Monitor and report Agile KPIs such as team velocity, cycle time, and burndown charts.

  • Proactively identify impediments and remove roadblocks that hinder progress.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to align project priorities and ensure stakeholder engagement.

  • Track sprint deliverables and maintain transparency through effective reporting and dashboards.

  • Foster a culture of self-organization, ownership, and continuous improvement within Agile teams.

  • Manage team performance and resolve conflicts constructively.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

  • Strong background in managing Agile practices in large technology projects.

  • Required: Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

  • Preferred: Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI-ACP.

  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to manage change, anticipate project risks, and suggest mitigation strategies.
