Job Description
Photon is looking for a seasoned Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager to lead Agile delivery across a large-scale, multisite WordPress ecosystem. You will work with cross-functional teams, drive sprint planning and execution, and ensure delivery of high-quality technical features in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align priorities and define clear sprint goals
Manage end-to-end delivery across 30+ WordPress brand sites
Coordinate with engineering, QA, design, SEO, and DevOps to track dependencies and eliminate blockers
Maintain backlog using Jira and ensure epics/stories are properly scoped
Track velocity, capacity, and sprint progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team
Support UAT and QA efforts, feature testing, and release validation
Drive documentation, delivery accountability, and process clarity
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Technical PM, or Agile Delivery Manager
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint cadences
Hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, and version control (Git)
Proven experience managing web/CMS projects (WordPress preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical requirements for stakeholders
Experience in CI/CD, Agile delivery metrics, and risk management
Comfortable working across cross-functional teams in a high-velocity environment
Technical familiarity with HTML, CSS, APIs, and WordPress architecture
Educational Qualification
UG: Any Graduate
