About the Role:
P99soft is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to act as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile practices and help teams become self-organizing, high-performing, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and foster a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement.

• Identify, track, and remove impediments or blockers.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.

• Monitor sprint progress using metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cumulative flow diagrams.

• Shield teams from external disruptions and distractions.

• Promote cross-functional collaboration and ownership within teams.

• Work with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and stakeholders to improve organizational Agile maturity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience with significant Agile/Scrum exposure.

• Proven experience as Scrum Master in high-performing technical teams.

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and best practices.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage cross-functional teams.

• UG/PG in any discipline.
