Job Description:

Accenture is hiring a Scrum Master to enable high-performing Agile teams and ensure effective implementation of Scrum methodologies. The role focuses on coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will act as an Agile enabler, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams while tracking progress through meaningful metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile best practices
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery
• Act independently as an SME for Scrum and Agile processes
• Track and report progress using Agile metrics
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment between team members and stakeholders
• Contribute to problem-solving and delivery solutions
