Job Description:

Accenture is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to enable the effective functioning of software development teams using Agile methodologies. The role involves coaching and mentoring Scrum teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality outcomes. The Scrum Master will act as a subject matter expert, collaborate across multiple teams, and promote Agile best practices to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an enabler for Agile and Scrum adoption within software development teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles and best practices
• Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team delivery
• Monitor and report team progress using Agile metrics and dashboards
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and delivery decisions
• Support stakeholder communication to ensure alignment on project goals
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality delivery
• Provide solutions to team-level and cross-team challenges

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Agile Project Management
• Deep understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Ability to coach, mentor, and guide teams effectively
• Experience using Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Scrum certifications (CSM or equivalent)
• Experience working across multiple Agile teams
• Exposure to Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and metrics tracking

Education:

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization
• PG: Any Postgraduate
• Mandatory: 15 years of full-time education
