Job Description:
Ahead is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies, improve team flow, and remove impediments to delivery. The Scrum Master will work closely with engineers, QA, product owners, and platform teams to enable predictable, value-focused iterations while supporting alignment with Ahead’s AI-enabled product direction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews/demos, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Scrum/Kanban practices, WIP limits, and continuous improvement.
• Track delivery metrics (throughput, cycle time, defect rates) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product owners on backlog health, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, environment readiness, and change management.
• Promote quality practices including definition of done, unit testing, and CI gates.
• Support documentation standards and transparent communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum/Kanban, and scaling patterns.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Kubernetes-based delivery, and cloud operations.
• Understanding of REST services and data platforms for test and release coordination.
• Experience working with distributed teams across India and US time zones.

Preferred Skills:
• Exposure to AI-driven product work and experimentation processes.

Education:
B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization; Postgraduate degrees are a plus.
Certification (CSM, PSM) is preferred.
