Job Summary

Ascendion Engineering is hiring Scrum Masters to support offshore delivery for an Agentic AI Program. This role involves managing daily sprint execution for use case pods such as Claims and Contact Center, coordinating across offshore teams, and ensuring predictable sprint performance. The Scrum Master will collaborate extensively with onshore leadership and technical teams.

Key Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, ceremonies, and user story lifecycle

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA

• Strong communication, coordination, and team collaboration skills

• Experience engaging with engineering, QA, BA, and ML/AI teams

• Exposure to AI/ML or cloud-based delivery projects is beneficial

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily offshore standups and drive smooth sprint execution

• Support backlog refinement, estimation, and story breakdown activities

• Track sprint progress, update boards, identify blockers, and escalate risks proactively

• Coordinate with offshore engineers, business analysts, QA teams, and ML teams

• Prepare sprint reports, burndown charts, and weekly status updates

• Maintain process adherence and ensure documentation quality

• Collaborate with Onshore Scrum Master for cross-time-zone alignment and delivery predictability

Education

B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization
