Job Description:

Virtusa is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery and transformation initiatives within Banking and Financial Services programs. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile transformation across distributed teams. The Scrum Master will coach teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risks, and align stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile implementations
• Coach multiple Scrum teams and Product Owners
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, governance calls, and executive meetings
• Manage risks, escalations, and stakeholder alignment
• Prepare program-level plans, budgets, and progress reports
• Track Agile metrics and delivery performance
• Drive Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support distributed teams across multiple time zones

Required Skills:

• Scrum, Kanban, SAFe / LeSS frameworks
• Jira dashboards and Microsoft Project (MPP)
• Agile delivery governance and metrics
• Risk management and escalation handling
• Strong communication and facilitation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience
• PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification
• Agile maturity assessments and transformation experience

Education:

UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
