Job Description:

Bitwise Solutions is looking for a highly experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery processes, manage team performance, coordinate dependencies, and ensure alignment with stakeholders and RTEs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives

• Align with stakeholders on project goals and dependencies

• Manage sprint progress, capacity, and performance metrics

• Communicate risks, delays, and team needs

• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives

• Foster collaboration, transparency, and team empowerment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years in Agile environments (5+ years as Scrum Master)

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, and Agile principles

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps

• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder, and conflict resolution skills

• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) required; SAFe preferred

Education:

• Undergraduate degree in any discipline
