Job Description:
Capgemini is looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and ensure effective delivery of software products. The role requires facilitating Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with technical teams, removing impediments, tracking Agile metrics, and promoting continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will act as a liaison between development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and architects to resolve technical blockers.
• Track team performance using velocity, burndown charts, and Agile KPIs.
• Support timely delivery of high-quality software increments.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Coach teams on Agile values, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process optimizations.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, and SDLC best practices across teams.

Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology, SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts (Java, .NET, APIs, cloud platforms).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to track and report metrics.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with SAFe or scaled Agile environments.
• Exposure to microservices and cloud-native technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile dashboards and reporting tools.

Education:
Any Graduate
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred.
