Role Overview:

Capgemini is seeking experienced and proactive Scrum Masters who thrive in dynamic environments and possess a strong “take charge” attitude. The ideal candidate will lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive delivery excellence across complex data-centric projects, including Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Empower development teams to deliver high-quality deliverables within defined timelines.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure actionable user stories.

• Monitor and track sprint progress using metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and capacity planning.

• Identify and remove impediments to maintain focus and productivity.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback and process optimization.

• Promote transparency and effective communication across teams and stakeholders.

• Support coordination and alignment across multiple Agile teams.

• Work hands-on with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.

• Engage in high-growth, fast-paced project environments while maintaining delivery quality.

• Understand and align with DevOps practices and CI/CD frameworks.

Desired Experience:

• Proven experience managing Agile teams within data-focused projects (BI/DW, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, Data Management, or Data Governance).

• Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and metrics-driven delivery.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to mentor and motivate teams to achieve sprint goals and continuous improvement.

• Exposure to large-scale Agile programs or multi-team coordination environments.

Education:

• UG: Any Graduate
