Job Summary:

Clarivate is looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile and Scrum framework expertise to lead Agile teams and improve delivery performance. Candidates with exposure to Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments and integration projects are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Coach teams on Agile principles to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs.

• Track and report sprint metrics using Jira and Confluence.

• Coordinate with integration and middleware teams to ensure alignment with sprint goals.

• Maintain stakeholder communication, transparency, and risk management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for sprint management.

• Experience with integration tools such as Boomi or MuleSoft.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Scrum Master (CSM or PSM I/II).

• Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
