Job Summary

The Scrum Master will oversee sprint delivery for an eCommerce ecosystem involving Salesforce B2B Commerce, Umbraco CMS, Tenovos DAM, Azure integrations, Salsify PIM, and Next.js UI. CPG industry experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all sprint ceremonies including daily standups, grooming, retrospectives, and demos.

• Understand requirements, estimate story points, and plan Program Increments and sprints.

• Track and publish delivery metrics.

• Work closely with technical program managers and tech leads for clarification on requirements, design, and testing.

• Manage sprint-level coordination including meetings, transitions, dependencies, blockers, and risks.

• Manage enhancements and delivery across SFCC B2B, Umbraco CMS, Tenovos DAM, Salsify PIM, SAP ERP, Azure Integration Services, and Next.js UI.

• Coordinate with client stakeholders, OEM teams, third-party vendors, and internal teams.

• Oversee code reviews, demos, and collect stakeholder feedback for future sprint planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Agile delivery experience, particularly in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, AIS, Umbraco CMS, Salsify PIM, Tenovos DAM, payment and tax services.

• Experience leading teams of 15–30 FTE in enhancements and POD-based delivery models.

• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and delivery management.

• Mandatory GitHub experience and working knowledge of CI/CD.

• Familiarity with continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests.

• Strong grasp of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
