Job Description:

EduRun Group is seeking an experienced and driven Scrum Master to lead and support agile delivery across cross-functional technology teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of hands-on technical background and proven Scrum leadership, particularly within Java and data engineering environments. This role focuses on enabling agile best practices, improving team performance, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of projects while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor development teams on Agile and Scrum principles
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine product backlogs
• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics
• Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks and organizational standards
• Support multiple cross-functional teams when required
• Promote continuous improvement and high-performance team culture

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Solid understanding of Java development and/or data engineering projects
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and technical teams
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in IT services or consulting environments
• Exposure to scaling Agile across multiple teams
• Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe – preferred but not mandatory)

UG: Any Graduate
