Job Description:

Frugal Testing is seeking a proactive and adaptable Scrum Master to support both technical and non-technical teams in delivering value through Agile and Lean practices. The role focuses on enabling effective collaboration, removing delivery impediments, and fostering continuous improvement while keeping processes lightweight and outcome-driven. This position is ideal for candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Enable and scale Agile practices across technical and non-technical teams
• Coach teams on Agile values, Scrum framework, and Lean/Frugal delivery principles
• Identify and remove impediments related to tools, dependencies, environments, and communication
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear, well-defined, and achievable work items
• Support teams in breaking down work into manageable, value-driven deliverables
• Track and improve delivery metrics such as sprint predictability, cycle time, and quality
• Promote continuous improvement while keeping processes simple and outcome-focused
• Ensure transparency through Agile dashboards and reporting
• Foster collaboration between development, QA, operations, and business teams

Required Skills:

• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Hands-on Scrum Master experience supporting one or more teams
• Good understanding of SDLC; knowledge of STLC is an added advantage
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
• Ability to simplify processes and eliminate unnecessary overhead

Preferred Skills:

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM / PSM)
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams
• Exposure to Agile metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Experience in fast-paced delivery environments

Education:

UG: Any Graduate
