Job Description:

Zen Technologies is looking for a proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery initiatives and ensure effective Scrum implementation across projects. The role focuses on servant leadership, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and improving team performance. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and resolve project blockers
• Support Product Owners with backlog grooming and prioritization
• Monitor sprint progress using Agile tools such as JIRA or TFS
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
• Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
• Resolve conflicts and support decision-making processes
• Prepare project documentation and reports as required

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using JIRA, TFS, or similar tools
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Stakeholder and client management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Experience in preparing technical and project documentation

Any Graduate
