Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams and ensure effective delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will have strong Scrum and Agile knowledge, hands-on delivery experience, and excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum teams in implementing Agile processes and practices.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Mentor and guide teams new to Scrum and Agile methodologies.

• Promote best practices in software engineering, such as TDD (Test-Driven Development), pair programming, and DevOps concepts.

• Resolve conflicts, negotiate, and communicate effectively across team members and stakeholders.

• Support delivery of projects using Java and AWS technology stack.

Mandatory Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

• Strong practical experience in Scrum and Agile frameworks.

• Demonstrated experience in software development delivery with modern engineering practices.

• Excellent teaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience working effectively in team environments.

• Hands-on experience in Java and AWS technologies.

Education

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization

• PG: Any postgraduate degree
