Job Description:

Kairos Technologies is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across software development and support projects. The role involves facilitating Scrum practices, coaching teams to higher Agile maturity, removing impediments, and ensuring efficient delivery while working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum framework implementation across teams
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and best practices
• Identify and remove blockers and impediments
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs
• Support production release planning
• Track and report Agile metrics to stakeholders
• Continuously improve team efficiency and collaboration
• Guide teams toward higher Scrum maturity

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
• Experience using JIRA and Azure DevOps
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
• Experience facilitating Agile workshops
• Exposure to IDAM environments
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Math, or related field
