Job Description:

Nonrel Technologies is looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The role focuses on coordinating sprint activities, enabling effective communication between stakeholders and development teams, and fostering collaboration to maintain iterative progress. The Scrum Master will play a key role in driving Agile best practices and supporting continuous improvement within project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews
• Coordinate sprint planning and ensure focus on iterative delivery
• Assist in creating and refining effective user stories
• Monitor project progress and identify improvement areas
• Remove impediments that impact team productivity
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams
• Foster collaboration and accountability within the team
• Support continuous improvement of Agile processes

• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in sprint planning and user story creation
• Analytical skills to assess progress and performance
