Job Description:

A leading client, through SRS Infoway, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across multiple teams. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring Agile best practices, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across locations and supporting teams in a Pan-India setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and blockers impacting team productivity
• Ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum best practices
• Coordinate closely with Product Owners and key stakeholders
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and Agile metrics
• Support teams in Agile transformation and continuous improvement
• Promote collaboration and transparency across teams
• Assist in project tracking and reporting using Agile tools

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Scrum framework
• Agile methodologies and delivery practices
• Jira for sprint tracking and reporting
• Project management fundamentals
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Exposure to large or distributed teams
• Agile certifications such as CSM or SAFe (preferred)
• Experience in IT services or consulting environments

Education:

UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
