Job Summary

Photon is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery, coach teams, and manage end-to-end Scrum and Kanban processes. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and experience transforming teams from traditional methodologies to Agile frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Agile practices including Scrum and Kanban.

• Lead Agile transformation from Waterfall to Scrum.

• Configure request intake and approval flows in JIRA Cloud.

• Deliver project updates to senior and executive management.

• Manage and mentor high-performing delivery teams.

• Coach teams to enhance Agile maturity.

• Translate business requirements for technical teams.

• Manage multiple software delivery life cycles.

• Apply business management, change management, and process engineering.

• Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or 6+ years relevant IT experience.

• Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Adobe Acrobat Pro.

• Strong communication, analytical, organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage deadlines.

Preferred Certifications

• CSM, ACP, SAFe SPC, SAFe Agilist.
