Job Description:

As a Scrum Master at S&P Global, you will lead Agile teams, coach them on Agile/SAFe principles, manage sprint ceremonies, and ensure effective delivery. You’ll also work closely with Product Owners and other Scrum Masters for seamless execution of program increments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, PI Planning

• Coach Agile teams and promote continuous improvement

• Resolve impediments and manage interdependencies

• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-prioritized backlogs

• Foster team trust, transparency, and delivery ownership

• Track risks, manage timelines, and support release planning

Required Skills:

• Agile/Scrum methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)

• Scrum/Agile tools: Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams

• Risk management and Agile delivery oversight

• Conflict resolution, facilitation, Agile coaching

Certifications (Preferred):

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PSM, CSM, PMP

• Agile coaching experience is a strong plus

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business, Economics, or related
