About the Role:
S&P Global is hiring a Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams across regions, ensuring delivery of customer value and continuous improvement. This role focuses on facilitating Agile practices and supporting cross-functional collaboration for technology and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a servant leader to Agile teams.
Educate and guide teams on Agile best practices for optimal performance.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and coordinate dependencies.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clarity and prioritization of user stories.
Maintain transparent communication among stakeholders and teams.
Basic Qualifications:
6–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
Servant leadership mindset with strong ownership.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified SAFe Scrum Master, PSM, or CSM.
Scaled Agile and cross-functional team experience.
