Job Description

Splan Labs is looking for a skilled Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile Methodology and Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The role involves ensuring timely software releases, maintaining process compliance, and facilitating collaboration across engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Secure Software Development Life Cycle and Agile processes.

• Monitor and measure release progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Enforce process compliance, reporting, and SLA adherence across all projects.

• Collaborate with executive management, product teams, and engineering managers to uphold standards in quality assurance, delivery, and training.

• Work with product owners to manage backlogs and new feature requests.

• Coordinate Agile ceremonies including Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Track and report key project metrics such as progress, resource utilization, and issue logs.

• Prepare and validate release documentation including release notes and deployment checklists.

• Facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders.

• Support ongoing projects and cooperate with the PMO for reporting and compliance.

• Organize internal technical sessions (TechTalks) and promote knowledge sharing.

• Review deliverables to ensure quality and initiate corrective measures where required.
